Professional Career
During my professional career, I worked for companies such as Siemens, Racal-Redac, Thesys, Analogy, Aptix, Temento, and Future Electronics. In these roles, I was involved in both development and customer support activities across multiple disciplines.
- Development of several hardware modules and ASICs
- Development of various design and verification software tools for FPGA and hardware development, marketed worldwide
- Application engineer for circuit synthesis
- Application engineer for electronic component distribution
- Application engineer for analog simulation
- Successfully certified as an ARM Accredited Engineer
- Establishment of a development laboratory for industrial automation
Embedded Projects
- Longwave receiver including FSK demodulation and filtering implemented in PSoC
- Capacitive sensor for detecting ice, water, and air content in a container
- RGB color correction implemented on an 8-bit controller using custom mathematical algorithms. The same functionality would normally require floating-point calculations.
- Control of a brushless DC motor using space vector modulation on an 8-bit controller — previously considered impossible
- Graphics application with TouchGFX for ST
- Control unit for a medical application
Projects with Windows Apps
- Hardware optimization software for FPGA prototyping systems
- Circuit synthesis and test vector generation software for analyzing an ASIC library for simulator sign-off approval for Cadence, Mentor, Viewlogic, and Veribest simulators
- Management software for holiday apartments
- Magnetic field calculation of superimposed magnetic fields based on the Biot–Savart law
- Control software for the motor controller mentioned above, including real-time measurement
